The University of Tennessee Smokey sculpture was created to honor the school’s beloved mascot, capturing his iconic look with lifelike detail and school pride. I had the opportunity to sculpt Smokey myself, shaping his expressive features and stance to reflect her spirited personality. The design features Smokey wearing her signature vest, while the body was finished in a stone-textured style, giving the piece a timeless and enduring quality that celebrates the university’s legacy.
